I had hoped that there might be some tourism today — perhaps a windmill or two — but there wasn’t.
Seats are booked for tomorrow, though. I paid 41,50€ for tomorrow’s journey from Roosendaal to Lille via Antwerp. The Antwerp-Lille leg is still 29,90€, even last-minute, which is good to know. The NS International site couldn’t sell me tickets for the 12:21 Roosendaal to Antwerp, for I don’t know what reason, so I booked them from the SNCB.
Host and I looked in vain for a door, but we didn’t find a suitable candidate and eventually gave up. I did get to go in a church, though, so that was quite touristy really, even if it was on the way back from the supermarket to get food for tomorrow.
There will be a feast, mark my words.
